Want to Help behind the Scenes at AFD Theatre?

At least three, and preferably four ushers are needed for every show.
We also need several volunteers. For Drood, ushers get to wear a bit of costume!
We are looking for help backstage for… our production of Last Night at Ballyhoo.

Also, Drood is looking for someone to run sound. The sound designer says it is easy, only about 10 cues,
on these shows: April 18, April 19, April 25, and April 26 (2 shows). They also need some coverage on
April 12 for stage crew, and perhaps other nights as well. The crew work is not heavy lifting, but means
moving some objects and dealing with three (yes three!) stage curtains.
Crew Refreshment coordinators are…Evelyn Corsini Alcorn (617) 484-3308 for intermission
refreshments, and Judy Weinberg (781) 646-0643 for business meeting refreshments.
They can always use help, so give them a call !
AFD business meetings are……more fun than business! We have a perfunctory business meeting, followed by entertainment
and refreshments. If you have any entertainment ideas (Have you written a short play?

Charlie Carr is retiring! At least from his job as Proofreader for the Prologue and various other proofreading tasks.
He has done it for five years. Many thanks to Charlie! But now we need a new proofreader for
