Overview:
Based on
the movie and novel of the same name, NO WAY TO TREAT A LADY
follows the story of a publicity-crazed-actor-turned-killer and the
endearing middle-aged Jewish detective who pursues him while trying to
balance the surprising attentions of a beautiful socialite and a
meddling mother. Will the New York cop find the "catch me if you can"
killer before it's too late? Or will the man-of-many-disguises
prevail? Either way, AFD’s audiences will have a great time at the
show the New York Times calls "…a fine way to treat a musical! A
real winner!"
Director Russell R. Greene and Musical Director Mario
Cruz, who most recently collaborated on AFD’s highly entertaining
production of The World Goes Round, are coming together again
to present this theatrically charged, four actor, musical comedy
thriller.
