Important: TicketStage by MMCIS provides our online ticketing capability. If you are purchasing tickets by credit card, your purchase will appear on your credit card bill as MMCIS/Ticketstage.

Arlington Friends of Drama and TicketStage aim to make your purchasing experience an easy one. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. If you have any questions about the information below, please Contact us.

Payment Methods: TicketStage accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover

Convenience and Handling Charges. Non-member tickets purchased on-line, are subject to a non refundable $1.50 per ticket convenience charge.

Refunds and Exchanges. Before confirmation of your ticket purchases, carefully review your performance specifics and seat selection. The Arlington Friends of Drama cannot commit to exchange or refund a transaction after a ticket has been purchased.

Ticket Pick-up - As expressed in your e-mail confirmation, your tickets are reserved for you and available for pick-up during the forty-five minute period preceding the performance. To speed box office handling, please bring your confirming e-mail with you to the window.

By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. TicketStage and Arlington Friends of Drama reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of our home page.

  Cancellations - In extremely rare occasions, performances may be cancelled or postponed due to weather or other unanticipated reasons. If the event is actually cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund.

  Privacy - We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important and we safeguard them to the best of our ability. Our on-line credit card system is a state-of-art secure system.

   Disclaimers - Neither the Arlington Friends of Drama nor TicketStage promises that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it.
