  Table Manners is the first of three plays in Alan Ayckbourn's trilogy, The Norman Conquests.

The story centers around an extended family of two sisters and an older brother, their spouses, and a neighbor named Tom.

                      

Sarah can't get much cooperation about dinner, Norman is incorrigible, Annie is caught between Tom and a fling, mum is upstairs demanding attention... and there aren't six proper chairs for the dining table!  It's a comedy...  it's a satire... it's a Brit-com... it's a masterpiece!
